“Her Alter Ego” – an exhibition of paintings by Diana Renkligumus Royal Blue VA Gallery, LM Ericssons Väg 1, Telefonplan, Stockholm. Vernissage: March 27, 2026, 5:00 PM
Exhibition open: March 28-29, 12:00 PM-5:00 PM.
Her Alter Ego is a visual exploration of the hidden strength, instinct, and inner truth that lives within every woman.
For this project, Diana asked each participant a seemingly simple question:
“If you could be an animal, which one would you choose?”
What appears playful at first unfolds into something much deeper. To choose an animal is to reveal unspoken desires, suppressed instincts, longings, and essential character traits. It requires honesty. Reflection. Courage.
Again and again, she discovered that the answer does not come from fantasy — it comes from recognition.
The animal each woman chooses is not who she wants to become.
It is who she already is.
